AC unit and was cooling great then noticed it was not cooling

Put charge in AC unit and was cooling great then noticed it was not cooling. I tried to add Freon but would not take someone said something about sensors having to be reset, but do not know what to do or where to look to figure out how to fix.

Good morning.

No, there is no reset at all. Are you sure there is no leaks? Leaking out the Freon you installed would make sense. Do you have gauges to give me the high and low side readings? These guides can help us fix it.
