AC mode is not working

The A/C blows only cold air and only through middle vent but not in defrost vent and lower vent. I could feel little heat if it is in 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

Before I get started, I need to confirm something. You mentioned potentially two different issues. I need to know if the problem is temperature related or if it is mode related (air flow does not change).
