AC/heater vents

Greetings and good videos. Here is my problem; the heater and AC both work fine except it only blows out the defrost and feet vents, not the center/face vents. The rear AC also works fine and does blow out from the vents that are mounted above the seats behind the drivers seat, thank you. The dealer wants around $ 300.00 or so to fix the problem. Is this something I can fix myself? According to your good videos everything says actuator above the gas peddle. Is this correct?
