1994 Chevy Suburban Heater blows cold air

I replaced the radiator on my Suburban during the summer, several months ago. Recently, during subzero weather, after the vehicle is warmed up, it will all of a sudden begin blowing cold air. Do I have a duct / door problem or something else?

Have you change the thermostat? Could also be an air mix/blend door, or actuator and vacuum/hose

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
