Good afternoon,

If everything was okay then it would work. He cannot check pressures without the AC operation.

It could be many things are there are switches and relays that control the clutch operation.

The first thing it needs is at least 25 lbs of Freon pressure to even have the system to start.

You need to check the fuses shown for power on both sides.

I would also recommend another shop that will help you with the failure if you cannot do the electrical checks.

Hello thanks for using 2CarPros.

There are many causes that makes these problem, compressor clutch not working or its wire, ac activating control switch, Freon level, if condenser fan is not working high pressure will increase and stops from blowing cold air.
lets start the trouble shooting.
