A/C blows cold air then stops when speed is below 40 mph

When on freeway at 60 mph A/C system blows at correct selected pressure and temperature.

Hi,

Let's start with what the A/C pressures are with the engine off and then when the A/C is on and engine is on.

If this checks out then we need to see if the cooling fans on the front of the engine are working. Turn the engine on with the A/C on max and see if the fans come on. If not we can go in that direction as long as the pressures are okay.
