To add to Ken response I attached a wire diagram for you. There are 3 fuses for the transfer case control. You need to check for power on both sides of the fuses with either a test light or voltmeter. Chances are you have a blown fuse. The fuses are numbered as they are in your fuse panel so you can identify them
