My 4wd will not work. I switch the 4wd actuator the cable and the transfer case. Switch. But it still will not engage into 4wd. I jacked it up and manually turned the drive line while I held the cable out and locked it in that way. But it will not go into 4wd by shifting it. What would cause this problem?

OK if I understand you, You have replaced the front axle actuator, the cable to the front axle and the transfer case vacuum switch and it is not locking the front axle in. If that is correct check the vacuum line that goes down to the T-Case vacuum switch from the T connection on the drivers side firewall. If it is cracked or plugged the actuator will not move. Check that the 3 tube connector on the T-Case vacuum switch is correctly installed. Then check at the actuator end for constant vacuum when the T-Case is in 4X4.
