My battery had flat dead and it happens 3x for a year, everytime the battery got dead, it always appeared codes afterwards and managed to clear with obd2 and the system will be in normal, and recently when its flat dead again, no codes but when the car is locked there's a flickering "i" on the dashboard continuously. I already changed the battery just in case it's the cause but it's on. Please help me with this.

When you say "no" codes did you do a CAN scan? If not, please watch this video?

The "i" light means something needs attention in the information center. The fact that it is flickering means the system is not sleeping. This can be the BCM that needs to be replaced or just re-flashed which a shop can do. Let me know what happens.

It's just the basic Obd2 scanner he used, and then he said, he just reset the system, I thought it's already sorted and when I checked the flickering "i" still on when it's locked or stop. Please see attached video for reference. The device he used to scan the car was completely different from the device that the YouTube link that you sent.

Okay, sometimes you can pop a fuse due to a voltage surge, let's turn the systems on without starting the engine to test the fuses, this guide can help:

If the fuses are okay, I would remove the BCM and send it in for testing or have a shop reflash it.

You might want to try a hard system reboot which sometimes works.
