My 99 Deville gives me a code 1610. The dash delays coming on 10 seconds. The windows and the fuel gauge and the ac and the trip manager does not work. Looking for help on the car.

I would begin this diagnosis by having the car plugged into a scan tool that can read out the faults in the affected systems, please have this done and report the findings and we can continue.

The scan tool has no other codes but P1610 and P1605.

My search found that the loss of PZM serial data causes the issues you are having.
The faults are manufacturer specific and can indicate the need to have what in simple terms is called relearning and could require a trip to a repair facility that can perform this process
