Heat, radio, fuel gauge and power seat controls don't work

Recently theft light came on on my car. The heat, radio, fuel gauge, and power seat controls dont work. I tried to pull codes but it had no data for any. I unhooked battery and hooked back up and got codes u1300 and u1301. About two min. Later theft light came back on and had no data again. Im lost can you please point me in the right direction, also my traction control and air bag lights are on.

Try another key in the ignition if you have one then get it scanned the security system is giving you the problem.

So these codes come up when the G203 ground is open, I would check all of the fuses with the key on first. The location of the ground is at the lower right kick panel.

U1300: Class 2 Data Link Low
U1301: Class 2 Data Link High
