2007 Dodge Ram vehicle wont start

Sometimes when I turn the truck off and I exit, the key fob will not work at all, neither will the truck start back up unless I unhook one of the battery terminals for a few minutes. Hook it back up and truck starts and key fob now works again.

Yes, the radio and all other electrical things work. It just wont do anything when I turn the key to start it and the doors wont lock or unlock from the fob.
