Hi,
Check to be certain that the grounds between engine/trans and body are all clean and tight. After major work it is not uncommon for these to be overlooked and a loose ground will cause a host of driveability issues, as the ecm is mounted to the body while the ground to battery is mounted to the engine. Have seen them shut off from hitting small bumps in road to shut off every time the vehicle made a right turn. Hope this helps. Doc
