I drive a Citreon C4 2007 HDCI and I got a message on the dash saying that the anti pollution fault, a mechanic changed this but now when I am driving the car it not revving as when I floor it in every gear it doesn't get above 3 thousand revs and there is a severe lack of power.

Can you help with the above description to help identify the problem?

There are three possible anti pollution faults/
1. Mass air filter
2. Glow plugs
3. The box on the exhaust needs replacing.
Your problem sounds like the first.
