I drove by water 3 days ago, I let it dry and now when I try ro drive my car revs up, but it won´t accelerate, I can´t pass 20 miles per hour, some people have told me it´s the clutch, but before spending 300 dollars on a clutch set, I need to know if the problem could be anywhere else or I just give it more time to dry.

If the engine is revving up but vehicle is not accelerating, that usually is a fault with the clutch. It is not caused by presence of water. The clutch was failing and its occurrence after going through water is a coincidence.
