When braking hard and mass is shifting forward to the front of vehicle, there is a noticable groan/squeak in the suspension? Strut? Or brake assembly. This also happens when brake is not applied, moving slowly with vertical motion of the left front wheel as in backing out of a driveway.

Possible to isolate by disconnecting the stabilizer bar links, it could be as simple as the insulator bushings for the bar itself. Some other possibilities include the control arm bushings, and/or upper strut bushing/bearing. Can you create this noise by jouncing the vehicle, while stationary. If you can, with the aid of a second person, try and pinpoint the source. You can also try spraying something like WD40 on one bushing area at a time, to determine when and what, makes the noise go away.
