It's not throwing any codes but cranks and start rough idle and bogs out with white smoke?

Hello,

There are a few reasons why there would be white smoke out of the tailpipe.
Could be due to a blown head gasket, cracked cylinder head, engine block failure, leak in the intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket failure.

The best option would be to take a look at each individual area and take necessary action.

One of the most common causes of white smoke is a blown head gasket.
If the head gasket is blown, you will have oil and coolant mixed in the engine. And the oil would be a milky white color.
