Early in the morning or after a long period of not moving the car won't start until after 2 tries. Recently got a tune up everything was fine.

Just to add to this one if the security light is on solid or flashing with the key in the run position when it doesnt start you most likely have a bad ignition switch. That would set a b2960 and or b3033 in your body control module.A free code scan at the auto parts store or diyer scan tool cant read body control module codes. It takes a professional scan tool. Have it scanned for codes in the body control module right after a no start next time. Those cars had issues with the ignition switches. Have have the pass lock sensor in them when outside temp gets 40 degrees or less they read the incorrect pass lock sensor values causing a no start. They might even have a recall on them I some years did. They also used those same switches in the saturn ion and saturn sky as well as chevy hhr.
