What kind of problems were you having with the vehicle that caused him to change the fuel line?

I found this bulletin online. There is also a bulletin at the dealer on this issue. This issue can cause numerous warning lights including a flaky fuel gauge and

Models:
2002-2006 Buick Rendezvous
2005-2007 Buick Terraza
2000-2005 Chevrolet Venture
2005-2007 Chevrolet Uplander
2000-2004 Oldsmobile Silhouette
2000-2005 Pontiac Montana
2001-2005 Pontiac Aztek
2005-2007 Pontiac Montana SV6

Supercede:

This bulletin is being revised to add 2007 model year. Also, additional information was added to the Important statement. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 01-08-45-005D (Section 8 - Body and Accessories).

Condition

Some customers may comment on one or more of the following conditions:

Engine is hard to start

Engine will not start

Engine starts then stalls

Fuel gauge is inoperative or fluctuates

Service Engine Soon/Check Engine light is illuminated

ABS Warning Light is illuminated

TCS Warning Light is illuminated

TCS activation

Service Traction System message displayed

All-Wheel Drive Disable message displayed

These conditions may be intermittent. Upon investigation, the technician may find various DTCs set.

Cause

This condition may be due to water leaking into the interior of the vehicle, and/or spread terminals, at connector C305 that is located on the floor to the rear of the driver's seat. This connector is not sealed from the inside of the vehicle and water may enter the connector causing the terminals to become corroded. Also, the female terminals of the connector may have become spread apart causing an intermittent poor connection.

Correction

Inspect the terminals at connector C305 for corrosion or spreading before replacing the fuel module or resistor card kit. Terminals can be accessed from underneath the vehicle.

I drove to my husband workplace and shut car off and went to leave and turned key on to start and nothing. I got several opinions and as a result I changed the starter. The starter now works and I bypassed the relay and starter does crank, but when I turn key still nothing. No crank nothing. There is lights flashing on panel saying low fuel, security, low brake fluid, door ajar, and bell beeping like doors open but they are not. I do have power to headlights, taillights, radio, power windows. I got the security scenario to do grim a dealers book. I did that and still will not start. Now I am told it is the fusible link or neutral safety. I cannot find a step by step. Please help!

With all the lights on it may be a bad battery, but it may have set security system as well. See link on how to reset it.
Have your battery checked as well most places do for free.

Hi, I am working on Buick rendezvous 2007 engine crank but wont start and check engine or any caution light is not appearing on the dash. Diagnostic tester is also not showing any trouble codes.

Before problem was that I changed the head gasket becasue the head gasket was blown with oil and water mixture took place. But now everything is fixed engine crank perfectly but wont start No check engine light appears.

I am hoping to get some help with what could possibly
be wrong with my vehicle before I bring it in to get looked at.
I am a female with not much knowledge about vehicles and want to
do my best in gathering as much information as possible so as
not to get "ripped off" by anyone.

My vehicle is a 2007 Buick Rendezvous CXL AWD 3.4 liter V-6. I
believe that is correct.

I parked my car last night, everything was working great. This
morning I put the key in and tried to turn it over and all I
hear is a aloud clicking noise. I checked all my lights and they
are all working including the stereo. I attempted to jump it
with my other vehicle and did that for about an hour and still
the same clicking noise. No changes.

All the fuses are ok. Current is continues.

I think at the time of installing the camshaft. It is not properly adjusted.

Is it possible?

Car will not start, get no electric to gauges. When I press on the brake pedal I get electrical buzzes every second. Have to unhook the battery to stop the electrical buzzes. I accidentally left the key in and turned on so I could check the windows and wipers. The car was not running but he key was turned on.

Anyone have any suggestions or advice? I would really appreciate
it! Thanks!

Malina

--- Should I have left it jumped overnight? Is an hour not enough time?

Check the starter relay. Check the ignition switch. Check all wiring to and from the battery. Make sure the main fuses are good under the hood in the fuse block.

I am currently stationed in Italy. I took my truck to have a radio installed. The battery died while they were working on the car. They were able to get the radio to work, but the truck won't start. The ignition will turn and lights will come on, but the truck will not cut on. I believe there is an issue with the anti theft device. The truck has been taken to serveral electrical shops but since they are not use to dealing with american vehicles they cannot pinpoint the issue. I have been unable to locate a wiring diagram as well as find a solution for my problem. I am now deployed to Afghanistan and my wife and kids are stuck in Italy with a vehicle that does not work. Any assitance would be great

Is it a CX or a CXL?
You can try a relearn of the anti-theft system
Be sure to use original (Black) key with transponder chip on it

GM PASS LOCK RELEARN- Ignition to "run" position,
approx ten minutes security light will go off
Turn key "off" and wait 5 seconds
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 relearns.
Turn key off, then start it

Ok, I attempted this step, the individual that is "fixing" the truck attempted these steps and it did not work. The car will turn over if he temporarily bypasses the anti-theft, but it will shut off after a minute or so. We still cannot figure out what is causing this issue. Can you please give more advise on how to correct this. I ask that you keep in mind that I am in Italy and we do not have access to good quality mechanics. Is there a way to permanently bypass the anti-theft system?

It is a CXL
