Whenever the engine speed go on 3 and after that it come down and the can not speed a lot. And the check light become on.

If you have a trouble code indicating the mass sensor is faulty, you need to have it checked and replaced if necessary. It could be the wiring that are at fault. Check for loose or corroded connections.

I bought an avinsis car with 1AZ engine from Germany now we have trouble with mass air flow sensor and the sensor number is 22204-0j010/MB197400-3010 so can we change another sensor to my car?
For example: can we change the 1ZZ mass air flow sensor to 1AZ car?

Mass sensors are non interchangeable for most cases.

Nissan skyline, gasoline, direct injector, six cylinder, engine VQ25 (DD)
we went to this work support section and then we press enter
and the following text appeared
fuel pump will stop by touching start in idling crank a few times after engine stall
condition setting
fuel pump relay : off
so the main problem is that when we start the car and the engine speed does not go on from 1000 R/PM and the car become off
so what should we do?
And we checked the car by carman scan lite
please kindly explain it in details

I am not sure I understand your question so I am making a guess.

After replacing of ECU, there is nothing you need to do except to start the vehicle and everything should be good. If the engine stalls, it is usually due to a dirty throttle body. Have it cleaned and retest. If your scan tool has a feature for idle relearn, try it.

The work support you mentioned is for testing different components.
You need to check why the fuel pump is stopping after 3 seconds. Check for trouble codes. A sensor could be faulty or not properly plugged in.

Ensure the Mass Air Flow Sensor is good and there are no vacuum leakages between it and the throttle body.

I confronted a trouble as bellow:
I changed the injector of the tata or xenon car, so now it can not start properly, so what should I do?

Does it need the coding if so how can I install it and follow the coding procedures?
Please kindly write me the properly ways of coding and programming of the replacement of the injectors?
