I have a 05 maxima I got a code of p0304. So I changed the plugs #4 coil, and I still get the code P0304. So my thing is to change #4 injetor?

You should have swapped the coils instead of replacing all. Swap the number 4 injectr with another if you must.

I only changed the #4 coil. Ok So swapping the injector wouldn't hurt anything? And when I do I just buy the O rings?

That wouldnt be a bad idea to replace oring but sometimes its hard to find the correct one in stock. Have reused the orings on them before just inspect them for cracking splittings etc. Also make sure you clean up the area before removing any injectors.
