Loss of power when shifting

I have the car listed above that is fine when while it idles but there is a large loss of power when shifting through the gears. Also the gas mileage has decreased a lot. Any suggestions on what the problem is?
manual transmission 4 cylinder 2.0.

There are a number of things that can cause this. here is a guide that will get us started:

We need to focus on checking for a vacuum leak. More then likely this will cause a slightly rougher idle so we need to check for this as well.

Then when you rev the engine it should smooth out.

Once we know for sure that these issues are ok we can dig further however, I suspect we will determine the issue based on these guides. In the event that they do not, we need to check for codes and go from there. Thanks
