Every OBD2 scan tool I hook up to my truck says it failed to establish a connection with my truck? I am puzzled I had a blown fuse and I replaced that but I still cannot est. A connection with my vehicle

What fuse was blown? Did you check for an OBD fuse?

Check both under the dash as well as under the hood.
