Engine oil leaks

The car listed above is the base model. I have engine oil leaks and I want to reseal the engine as follows:
All external oil seals replaced.* Reseal your entire front wheel drive Northstar 4.6
GM approved engine sealant to improve the sealing of the lower end of the engine.
Mobil1 oil and Mobil1 filter or GM full synthetic DEXOS 1
ACDelco Dexcool coolant.
All other necessary fluids.
Crankshaft seals installed with authentic Cadillac service tools to ensure a proper fit and installation every time.
Engine and engine compartment thoroughly cleaned.

3 year / 36,000 mile fully transferable warranty against oil leaks.

If you are planning all of that you may as well pull the rest apart and go through it as well as do the timing components and install head studs to improve the head gasket sealing. With 109,000 on it the rings are getting worn. While the pan is off the bearings are right there, pull the heads and get the valves done with new seals and gaskets. When done you would have close to a zero mile engine and by adding some of the updated parts they came up with to improve the Northstar it would be better.
That said, if you are doing all that, you might want to price one that is already built that way and determine if having a full warranty on a re-manufactured engine would be worth the price difference.
