2004 Nissan Quest Doors

Hello, The automatic sliding door on the drivers side of my 2004 Nissan Qeust will not close completely. It appears that there is some kind of catch in the back latch. It seems that something is preventing it from closing and latching completely. Any thoughts?

If the latch is not catching to lock the door, it could be restrictions to the latch due to opener cable faults or the latch itself is faulty.

You would have to remove the door trim to check.
