I have been getting engine light code comes up I have had the cc replaced the oxygen sensors replaced the oopen air vent (looks like a usb card ) yet still getting code ran diagonstic mechanic has no answer

What is the code if it's like a 071 or 074 tehn check fuel pressure with a gauge it may be low. If it's an evap code then it needs to be smoke tested to find leakk

430 code is a catalytic converter or a small exhaust lek in front of it. 452 is evap system so it will need to be smoke tested for leaks. Also could be a bad gas cap those must be clicked 3 times after a gas fill up or you'll get that as well.
