RPM go up and down

I recently got a check engine light on my 2004 Ford Expedition So my husband did a tune up the light went off for a day then the check engine light came back now the rpm 's go up and down when I park or im in a stop what can it be? HELPP!

Do a scan for unresolved fault codes, this can be a faulty idle control motor problem.

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.

So the mechanic came to my house and check my truck well he read the code and he said that there might be a weak fuel pump. So know I wil be taking it to his shop and I will up date to see if its that or something else

Update:
Ok so they told me its the oxygen sensor one front and one rear with parts, labor and tax the total cost will be $385.12
Is that to much? I went online and the parts where way cheaper and it looks pretty easy to do
