my 2004 ford expedition wont start and the odometer is reading ------- i changed the battery terminal and the battery i used a lead terminal it has reset and started but only starts a few times them goes back to the same thing

Make sure the battery terminal that was replaced is tight and making good contact. If it works sometimes and not others, it sounds like that is where the problem is coming from.
