Car keeps over heating while idling and a/c on. Come to find it was the cooling fan fuse and now my problem is that when I put a new fuse in, it blows it about 5 to 10 mins of running. The only thing I have done to the car is replaced the cooling fan and still no change. It is a 4.6 police intercepter.

Did you change the fan control module, located on the fan shroud? I suggest replacing the fan as a unit- available as a drop in with shroud, blade, motor and module and is not terribly expensive. Hope this helps. Doc
