The hose connections to the accumalator, AC pump, etc. Have 3 o-rings, a spring around a flange, and a spring clip (appears to keep the spring in). How do you disconnect these fittings?
I have new springs and o-rings, How do you re-connect them?
I have removed one by grabbing the spring and pulling it out (and streching it out). I am sure this is not the right way.
So, what is the proper way to disconnect/connect? Tool?
Thank you, Rich

Yes you need a disconnect tool. You can get it at your local parts store. The kit comes with about 6 different ones for transmission lines, fuel lines and a c lines. What it does is slide in under the springs and widens them so the line will pull right out, when reassembling the lines they just push together and snap. The tool is very inexpensive. Hope this helps
