What is the howling sound from?

Hey I have an 04 acura tl, I just bought it a week ago and its making a howling sound when I start drivin but it doesn't kick in until about 20-30km and gets louder as I go faster. If I take my foot off the gas it stops its only when I'm giving gas, what can this problem be? Wheel bearing perhaps?

Definitely not wheel bearing as it would continue as long as vehicle is moving and not when gas pedal is released.

Most likely to be from the belts but noise are almost impossible to diagnose online so you need to locate the source.
