03 Town Car AC issues

I have a 2003 town car and it feels like the ac blows warmer and more humid when driving down the road. I have checked to see that the coolant level is good, the ac isn't overcharged, and the fan is working properly. Could it be the blend door motor or the door itself opening on the road?

What are your high and low pressure readings at idle?
How could you have determined if the refrigerant was at the proper level?
