I need 2 know why my Ford Focus rs is over fueling?

My focus rs has a decat pipe and a bluechip superchip on it but its overfueling ive replaced the split vacuum pipes and the egr valve but its hard to start. Sometimes its fine on tick over then it starts 2 hunt and coming up to a juncion when you dip the clutch to break it conks out.

If fuel pressure is way to high, replace the fuel pressure regulator valve, start here.
