Could be a blend door motor for the heat.

You need to have the code pulled for the trans so we can further help you on that issue

Where do I look for the " code " for the trans? The door? It has all kinds of #s and letters. What am LOOKING FOR? JUST WHAT WOULD IT SAY?

A parts store can pull the code for you for free. We need that number as it will give us a clue of the system in the trans that has a problem
