2003 dodge ram 1500 5.7 replaced piston and head now makes noise from frt of engine. Sounded like exhaust leak. Replaced gasket still makes noise. Idles alright but when you drive gets loud.

There still may be an exhaust leak. First get an automotive stethoscope and try to pin point the exact location of the leak. You can double check the tightness of all the bolts and see if there's any cracks in the head/exhaust manifold/crossover tube.
