Disconnect fan and check for cold spots on radiator if you feel any radiator is bad. Then have it pressure checked for internal leak like head gasket.

If its the head there would b white smoke out of the exhaust which there isn't any so I have replaced the water pump and thermostat only other thING I can think of is air bubbles in the radiator

Actually a head gasket doesn't need to blow white smoke to show signs it can leak to outside or compression into coolant. Pressure check it for internal leaks like I replied first time
