My air conditioner is blowing warm to mild cool air, and according to the dial on the rs134 coolant can it is over pressured already. Also the car makes a humming sound at times when the a/c is on and immedieatly stops when I turn the a/c off. What could the problem be?

Over charging the system is not the way to fix this, you really should get the system evacuated and tested first, the humming may be a belt or the A/c over charged, can't tell with out actually hearing the noise.
