I have tried a new battery and there is a brand new starter. I have ran out of options.

I have now also changed plugs, coil pack, ignition module, and also ignition switch. I have fuel pressure and the fuel pump is working. I also scanned to see if it was a crank or cam sensor and the car threw no codes.

And yes the engine cranks. The battery is good. Also when you try and turn it over it sounds like it is going to start but it doesn't.

Distributorless ignition? Or does it have a distributor? It sounds like the timing is off a little.
