Good afternoon. How are you?

My truck makes a grinding noise when I make turns and was told that the front bearing bushings needed to be replaced.
The shop I took it to stated that I need the Top Front, Bottom Rear and Passenger Bushings, but when calling an auto parts store to get the prices for the parts, they don't know what I'm referring to.
Looking on the Ford website to get a discription for the part, they don't have it listed neither.
Please someone tell me what I'm suppose to be looking for.

Thank you.

First you will need to know if it's 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel as the suspensions are different. If they person said bushings which ones? Control arm? Sway bar? Etc. He shold have told you instead of bushings

My truck is an All Wheel Drive. All they told me is a Front Bearing bushings. When I called the dealership, they said its the bushings that are part of the front axle component. The total for the parts is $134 for all three pieces, which they aay are two of the same and one is a little bigger. But it seems because I'm a female all I get from the shop manager is "Oh Sweetie its too hard to explaim"

It figures with a dealer. Or a lot of shops now adays still near as I can tell from your description is the front axle housing bushings. See pic and hope that is it. Any garage should be able to handle that and probably cheaper than a dealer. See pic if not that then it may be the control arm bushings. Hard tosay. Any place that does front end work and alignments can handle it or should
