EGR valve stuck open.

Check the EGR valve.

Either you have a faulty leak detection heater or there is a wiring issue between the detection heater and the ECM. This problem will take diagnostic time to determine what the actual problem is before repairs can be made. I recommend, unless you are very good with electrical systems, having a auto electric tech check this for you.
