2002 Honda CRV car wont start

The car is not started the battery tested at 12vs alternator tested at 4amps or volts when we turn the key the engine clicks once and all the dash lights and stuff work alarms works doesn't have any problems or noises when it did turn over has been having random issues when starting jumping the car used to help but today it did not work so that's when we didn't the testing as I described above. Not sure if there is any other details that will help but if you think of a question to ask I can get you the info almost instantly

It sounds like a dead battery. Have you checked it since the present problem? Also, the reading for the alternator you provided can't be right unless it's bad. Start at the battery. Make sure it is supplying 12v. Check to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. If they are loose or corroded, clean and tighten them properly.
