I replaced the hoses on my car and now I have fluid leaking on the inside

IS IT POSSIBLE YOU HAVE INSTALLED HOSES THAT THE INSIDE DIAMETER WAS TOO LARGE OR YOUR CLAMPS ARE NOT ENOUGH NEAR THE FIREWALL? (AND IT'S SORTA SQUIRTING INTO THE INTO THE FIREWALL)
DID YOU "MAN-HANDLE" THE HOSES NEAR YOUR HEATER CORE AND POSSIBLY YANKING/ SNATCHING/ EVEN OVERLY MOVING THE HEATER CORE INLET AND OUTLET YOU HAVE BROKEN THE CORE ITSELF?
NOT PICKING ON YOU--I'VE SEEN THIS SEVERAL TIMES W/ MY OWN EYES, USUALLY THEY WERE FRUSTRATED TRYING TO GET THE OLD HOSES OFF!
OTHER THAN THAT, hmac300's SUGGESTION IS WHAT TO TRY.
