How do we get power to the feul pump?

Rolled truck on right side. We pulled it back up on wheels. Got truck to start but ran like it was running out of feul. Did some repairs started it drove it down the road started running badly and would just idle nothing else. It shut off and would not start back up. Found we had no power to feul pump and when you turn on the key you get no instroment lights on dash. All of the fuses are good. Wondering if it could be computer.

Could be the ignition switch and do you hear the fuel pump for a few secs when you turn key on?

First off, don't roll it.
Check the fuel cut-off switch. See image.
Check the bi-fuel relay in the bi-fuel relay module at the left rear of the engine compartment.
