I have a 2002 ford explorer and the wheel hub with the studs have now broke 4 times do you have any ideas

What broke, the hub or the studs? If the studs broke, someone isn't using a click-type torque wrench. Over-tightening the nuts will also distort the mating friction surfaces on the wheels. That can lead to repeated stud breakage.
