2002 Ford Explorer steering dragging

My steering is dragging toward the passenger side as I drive, I have change tie rod and alignment was done. But am still experiencing this problem
pls what should I do

Move front tires to back first as that may be the cause. Then make sure you get on a level road that doesn't lean towards right and see if it is still doing it. If alignment is correct it shouldn't do that unless the camber is off.
