2002 Ford Explorer power windows not working

All four of the windows stopped working. After checking with test light it appears there is no power going to the windows have checked the fuses all appear to be good any ideas

EXPERT

Check the appropriate fuses in the diagram but the dedicated supply is a circuit breaker. You could have a bad delay relay or fuse.
