The drivers side window will not go back up.

The window went down last night and will not go back up now, all the other windows are working fine. This happened approximately one year ago and we had a repair which cost nearly $500. Could it be the same issue and should it be already?

If the same motor is defective, and was repaired within the last year, investigate a possible warranty on a defective part.

I would begin my diagnosis at the window motor. But also check proper operation of the switch, and closely inspect connectors for corrosion.
