Finally found a good fuel injection harness and replaced it, the code P0700 is gone. I had to replace the battery because it was shorted. It is still in limp mode and code P0888 is still present. I removed the aext relay and fuse and re-seated them and everything worked fine for about 10 minutes before going back to limp. I am now thinking the TCM is not getting enough voltage, this could be the main wires harness? Or the junction box? Someone suggeste a direct wire from battery to TCM?

From what you said sounds like the fuse box or terminals. Follow the trouble tree I posted when the code is active.

OK, so I took it to a shop. They were kind enough to destroy the main wire harness. Had to take it to another shop claims they remanufactured it. The car would not start, they told me to purchase a new ECM, I purchased a new ECM with the programing in place. The car won't start at all now. I am thinking I should replace the whole wire harness. And start from scratch. Any other ideas?

If the harness is destroyed try to get a used harness and start there.

It was destroyed and rebuilt. I doubt they did it right.
