My car was sputtering and came up with this Code p0304(Cylinder 4 misfire)changed spark plugs, wires and added fuel treatment. Then When we drove it was sputtering. Code came up 0300 (Randon misfire)changed out the fuel filter. When driving it sputtered at low rpm. Changed out the distributor and rotor now the car won't turn over it wants to though.

Cranking and running are two different things. Are you saying, it cranks good but won't start? Did you change out the whole dist, or just the cap? If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at all plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Let us know.

The car was running with a little bit of sputtering at a low rpm. It wouldn't turn over after the distributor and rotor was changed.

Sounds like the disributor wasn't stabbed right-if its not and engine piston no.1 is not on the compression stroke-the rotor won't be pointing to no.1 cap

Got it fixed the problem was that distributor wasn't put in correctly the first time. And when they changed it again it was still incorrect and it set of the timing. It was set off by two ticks which caused the problem. Thanks so much for the rapid response. Really appreciated all of your help.

Check engine light on
http://www.2carpros.com/articles/service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
