My car was sputtering and came up with this Code p0304(Cylinder 4 misfire)changed spark plugs, wires and added fuel treatment. Then When we drove it was sputtering. Code came up 0300 (Randon misfire)changed out the fuel filter. When driving it sputtered at low rpm. Changed out the distributor and rotor now the car won't turn over it wants to though.

Did you change out the whole dist, or just the cap? This sounds like a fuel pump or the crankshaft angle sensor has gone out. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?

Please run down this guide and report back.

The car was running with a little bit of sputtering at a low rpm. It wouldn't turn over after the distributor and rotor was changed.

Sounds like the disributor wasn't stabbed right-if its not and engine piston no.1 is not on the compression stroke-the rotor won't be pointing to no.1 cap

Got it fixed the problem was that distributor wasn't put in correctly the first time. And when they changed it again it was still incorrect and it set of the timing. It was set off by two ticks which caused the problem. Thanks so much for the rapid response. Really appreciated all of your help.

Check engine light on
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.

Here are a number of guides that we need to follow in order to try and figure out what the possible causes are. First is a guide to check the fuel pressure.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Then here is a guide that will help with this issue in general. If the fuel pressure is correct then we need to run through this guide in order to find what the possible cause is. Even if we don't find the solution these tests should lead us to what is preventing the start.

Let us know what you find with this and we can go from there. Thanks
