Does the engine idle normally?

Can you rev the engine in neutral?

Any warning lights on in the dash?

I have this same exact problem. We changed the throttle position sensor and now the accelerator pedal is still not working at all. What do I need to do now?

This car has a throttle control actuator that goes bad and sits at idle or stalls the car. It should have a code for it and can confirm by following this guide.

Here is mores guide to help you get the job done.

Let me know what happens.
